This morning I had to get up at 0340, when my alarm went off I sat there for a second. Instead of dreading this day I decided right then and there not to let myself start the day on bad note. I stated 3 things I’m grateful fo, got up started my day. After I met up with my classmates everyone was upset about something. I usually start to get annoyed by this and my mood begins to shift. But today yet again I made a choice to have a great day. This week, I want everyone to remember that we make the choice, we have the control. Choose to have great days, when your day starts to take a turn list a few things your grateful for and pull yourself back.
I used to write down a gratuity list first thing in the morning and before I went to bed at night. I’m not even sure when I stopped doing it, but can say I feel the difference now that I’m not doing it. I’m challenging myself to restart this! Who wants to join me?
